malformalady:

Grown in glasshouses, the pineberry - as they have been dubbed for the British market - starts off green, gradually turning paler as it ripens. When it is sweet and juicy enough to eat, the flesh is almost completely white but studded with red seeds. The pineberry is said to combine the shape and texture of a strawberry with a flavour and smell closer to that of a pineapple.

Savory pancakes. Made them with a basic pancake batter recipe but added cheese (cheddar, Parmesan, and goat), garlic, chives, pepper, and a little bit of Siracha. I have a sweet-tooth but I dare say I might enjoy savory pancakes over tradition sweet pancakes.

Numi Organic Cardamom Pu-erh tea. Numi is my favorite tea brand, which is based out of Oakland, CA. I love that the ingredients are so simple (see second picture) yet the tea has such great flavor. I’ve also read that it is important to buy organic tea because of all the pesticides used on teas.
